Text Granularity Technical Specification Group

About

The IIIF Text Granularity Technical Specification Group formed in the spring of 2017 based on discussions within the IIIF Newspapers Community Group and wider IIIF community regarding levels of granularity for textual annotations within the IIIF framework, especially in relation to the IIIF Content Search API. The Text Granularity group charter outlines the group’s goals and scope of work.
